Mitchell Babashan II

Mitchell Babashan Jr. is the Marketing Director at Insurance First Inc., where he leads branding, communications, and outreach efforts for the agency. He officially joined the team in July 2025, although he previously interned with the company in 2019.

Mitchell holds a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and is passionate about helping Insurance First connect with clients in meaningful, engaging ways. His focus is on building awareness, growing the brand, and supporting the team through strategic marketing initiatives.

Outside the office, Mitchell is a dedicated sports fan and a lifelong supporter of the Baltimore Ravens.
