Mary Ann Houck

Mary Ann has over 25 years of experience in client service, including a background in the medical field, and joined Insurance First Inc. in 2015. She began her journey here as a receptionist and, after deciding to pursue her license, transitioned into a Personal Lines Agent role where she’s been helping clients with home and auto coverage for the past seven years.

Mary Ann finds fulfillment in helping clients protect what matters most, from their homes to their families. She values the relationships she builds and takes pride in offering tailored coverage and peace of mind to each person she works with.

Outside the office, Mary Ann enjoys cheering on her grandsons Josh, Jonah, and Stone during football season and spending time with her growing family. She’s also an animal lover with a lively crew of pets, including her dog Keno, her cat Kiki, and a trio of rescued kittens who’ve quickly made themselves at home.
