Laura joined Insurance First Inc. in August 2025 as our front desk receptionist and customer service representative. She is often the first point of contact for clients, whether by phone or in person, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience. She supports the team by managing incoming requests, taking payments, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Laura loves the human connection that comes with her role and enjoys being part of the meaningful life moments that bring clients through our doors. Outside of work, she’s a big fan of disco music and an avid animal lover.
