Kelly is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. As a trusted Personal Lines Account Manager, she is dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most through thoughtful, well-informed coverage solutions. Kelly originally joined Insurance First Inc. in October 2015 and proudly returned to the team in January 2026.
Kelly specializes in personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, life, umbrella, and boat policies. She is known for building long-term, trust-based relationships with her clients and for taking the time to clearly explain coverage options so clients can make confident, informed decisions. Her client-first approach ensures individuals and families feel supported at every stage of the insurance process.
She holds active Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses and brings a strong combination of industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to service to every client interaction.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors. She is a proud mother of two grown daughters and loves sharing her home with her dog, Buddy, and her cat, Harley.
