Kelly joined the team in 2017 as a part-time Commercial Lines Assistant and has since advanced through a variety of roles across personal, commercial, and life insurance. Her broad experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Today, Kelly serves in an agency management role, overseeing daily operations while continuing to specialize in commercial and life insurance. Her leadership, industry knowledge, and attention to detail help ensure our clients receive outstanding service and our team has the support needed to succeed.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, celebrating Halloween year-round, and honoring the memory of Axel, her beloved companion and our Forever Chief Treat Officer, whose joyful spirit continues to be part of our agency’s story.
